Base stacking slots not required. Recommended total weight not to exceed approximately 1,500 lb for ease of mobility. Thin/thick capacities are alternatives, not additive.
Construction & delivery
Manufacturer-listed dolly construction: primer-coated, all-welded steel frame, 1/2-inch plywood and heavy-duty 6-inch high × 2-inch wide casters. Supplied fully assembled. Model-specific details and fit restrictions above take precedence.
Production time: 7–10 business days. Transit time is additional. Production time is not an arrival-date promise. Freight arrangements and charges depend on the order and delivery location; no freight transit time is promised here.
What is included
One selected dolly or rack only. Uprights, bases, pins, crossbars, drapes, skirts, boards, tables, stanchions and weights pictured or listed as storage capacity are not included. Manufacturer photographs represent the product family; selected size/configuration may differ. Confirm exact equipment dimensions, any required stacking slots, and the model-specific load restrictions before use. Storage capacity is not a cargo weight rating.
Production Time
Returns & Exchanges
Only pipe uprights, crossbars and bases are eligible for an approved return. All other products, including drapery, fabric swatches, kits, accessories and storage products, are final sale.
Request approval within 7 business days of delivery or pickup. Eligible items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. Approved returns have a 45% restocking fee. Arrange and pay for return shipping by UPS or FedEx.
After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 days. Paid original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Changes or cancellations may be requested only before production starts, subject to confirmation.
